The V-800 system recognizes numbers and standard commands spoken by the author, minimizing keystroke overhead. Multiple authors across an enterprise can share the same access codes, utilizing caller IDSkip configurations to map calls to specific user records. High-fidelity audio is available on the V-DoX dashboard almost instantly after hanging up.
Program up to three phone numbers per author into our rapid skip database. The system automatically detects incoming caller IDs, allowing authors to skip PIN inputs entirely, requiring only their access code to begin dictation.
Transcription managers can toggle data prompt flags, skipping reference ID entries and letting authors begin recording immediately.
